Alex is listed in the 1909 Plainfield directory as a Druggist with place of business and home at 453 W. 4th, Plainfield. Fred A. MALLINSON, buried in same grave as Alex D. MALLINSON, died 5 Sep 1886 in Plainfield, NJ, age 4 months, 2 days. Mary E. MALLINSON, died 21 Mar 1918 in Elizabeth, NJ, age 60 (wife of Alex). Mary was Mary E. LAWRENCE, daughter of George E. LAWRENCE and Trythenia (sp?) SANFORD of North Castle, Westchester County, NY and Newark, Essex County, NJ. Grace Edna LAWRENCE, died 16 Jan 1916 in Elizabeth, NJ, age 33. Grace was niece of Mary E. MALLINSON and daughter of Eldemora LAWRENCE and Eva Matilda ARCHER of West Orange, Essex County, NJ and Westfield, Union County, NJ. Laurence G. MALLINSON, only son of Mary E. MALLINSON, died 16 Mar 1958 in St. Petersburg, FL, born in Plainfield, NJ, age 70. Frederick E. MALLINSON, grandson of Mary E. MALLINSON, died 12 Nov 1958 in St. Petersburg, FL, born in Plainfield, NJ, age 51. Anna MALLINSON, died 5 Mar 1969 in Seminole, FL, born in Plainfield, NJ, age 83. Additionally, a J. A. or L. A. MALLINSON (handwriting difficult to read) was a witness with Grace LAWRENCE at the marriage of Sidney LAWRENCE and Emma WILSON in 1910 in Jersey City, NJ.
