    1. [NJUnion] Help with MURPHY's
    2. Hannah D. Murphy born June 29, 1796, NJ, died May 6, 1876 Preble County, OH married John Marsh D'Camp February 21, 1814 NJ They were Quaker and transfered in 1823 from Harwick, NJ >From her bible records she writes she is the daughter of Lydia & Daniel MURPHY. That is all I have I have been trying to find her family since 1970. Can anyone help ... early NJ census, Quaker records in NJ, are there any other records available for info? I live in TX I have 7 letters I put on some of the lists written by my gr gr gr grandfather John Marsh D'Camp. He wrote them after moving from NJ to OH, to his family in NJ. Because of the people he named I was able to find his mother's family. Some people I cannot find and do not know the relationship but he did refer to Aunt Betsy & Uncle Amos Dail, NJ. Aunt Betsy wanted to send items to Hannah and may be related on her side of the family. I have tried every spelling I can think of. In the letters John also mentioned Charlotte Scudder & Aunt Peggy Scudder but they may be related on his DeCamp/Williams side. If anyone on this Warren Co., site had family moving to OH or further west you may enjoy the letters and I will send transcribed copies. Let me know, as I have gotten 'thank you' from others that have read them. He tells how to make the box to store items on the wagon and what to bring, compares the land in NJ to the rich soil in OH, and so much more. Nina
