Now for 180 pounds... 120 acres in Oxford adjoining lands formerly of Peter BELLIS. Land Isreal SWAYZE purchased of John BURLING, Edward BURLING Jun., Samuel BURLING, Edward BURLING, Phebe PELL & Sarah SMITH on 14 May 1771. Part of a tract conveyed Jacob DOUGHTY to Edward BURLING on 13 Sep 1729. Wit: James BISHOP & Rob't ALLISON who deposed to John MAXWELL on 28 Feb 1797.
