Elisabetha WINTERMUTE She is the daughter of Johann George WINDEMUTH (b. 11 May 1711 Pfungstadt, Kreis Darmstadt, Hessen, Germany; d. 19 Dec 1782 in Stillwater, Sussex Co., NJ; buried: Stillwater Cemetery) & Johanna Margaretha Elizabetha BERHARDTEN (b. 5 Aug 1721 Kerzenheim, G. Bolanden, , Germany; d. 15 February 1800 Stillwater, Sussex, New Jersey, USA; buried: Stillwater Cemetery). J. George & Margaretha WINDEMUTH had 8 children. (Elisabetha being the 2nd) I have additional information on theis family if you are interested. My main source is as follows: Source: The WINDEMUTH FAMILY ORGANIZATION, a volunteer organization created by the descendants of of Johan Christoph Windemuth (b. April 3, 1676 in Allendorf, Germany), and Mary Marguerite Klepplinger (m. Jan.1, 1702) which includes the majority of Wintermute / Wintermote / Wintemute / Wintamute descendants in the United States and Canada. My interest in this family is through marriage to the BLACKFORD & LEMMONS families. I also have the following family: Robert M. DECKER (d. 8 Dec 1928) m. Jennie BLACKFORD (b. 13 June 1862; d. 10 March 1940). She is the daughter of John Westley BLACKFORD (b. abt. 1837 NJ; d. after 1880) & Rebecca FENNER (b. abt. 1844 NJ; d. 1899). I have additional information regarding this family as well.
