Nancy, This is the place to call for prayers for all on the coast, and in Fla. I hope you all can go where it is safe. I have a Granddaughter in Jacksonville to worry about. We also live on the coast between NC & SC so not out of the wood either. It helps to know we have friends. Norma Dear Friends, Well, The Hurricane is right on course to slam into Brevard County and Volusia County, its a Killer Hurricane. They say the sustained Hurricane Winds will last for 20 hours. There goes the top off my convertable! It will soon become a Category 4 or 5 much stronger than Andrew years ago which they are still rebuilding from.Right now its at 145 MPH! Great Atlas Rocket Launch tonight. This was the 4th attempt and it went beautifully with the NRO Satellite onboard. The last Lockheed Martin Atlas 2A rocket to ever Launch and the end of Launch Pad 36A after 30 years or so of service. I viewed it from Canaveral Air Force Station on NASA Propewrty just 8 miles from the Launch Site. If you dont hear from me for a while after this Saturday, its because of the damage from Frances. Maybe my Cell Phone will work but I doubt it. Our only Prayer for no one to get hit is if it turns Eastward out to Sea and that is very unlikely! There is no where to go if it keeps its current course because it will go right up the Coast and its so big it will cut a path 100 miles across!
