Melinda T. WALLING, b. Oct. 1837 was the daughter if Vincent Perry WALLING and Christiana Jane TOMPKINS of Vernon, Sussex, NJ. Melinda married first a McMahon and by him, two daughters: Eva, b. abt. 1858 and Minnie, b. about 1862. I don't know what McMahon she married. I have been all through the 1860 census for NJ and did not locate them. Nor could I for Orange Co., NY. Can anyone help me with the given name of McMAHON who married Melinda TOMPKINS? Later, about Dec. 1869, Melinda Walling McMAHON married William W. WILSON and I found them in the 1870 census, Wantage Twp., Sussex Co., NJ. Any help will be most appreciated. Mona in Indiana
