Mr. and Mrs. Paul MELCHER are the proud parents of a son born Friday of last week. Mrs. Edward SEALS who was injured in an automobile accident last week is greatly improved. Mrs. Cora B. MORRISON who was injured by a fall on Tuesday of last week is getting along nicely. Sunday visitors of Mr. and Mrs. E.J. MADDEN, of Fowler St. , were Mr. and Mrs. John BALSTON and family, of Middletown. The firs scarlet fever case for several weeks developed this week when William DEVINE was found to have contracted the fever. The Isolation Hospital on North Street has been closed.
