Can someone please tell me how to find a will in Sussex County for John Rochelle (wife Susan Havens). He was born May 4, 1773 and died July 19, 1861. Also, my gggrandfather, Peter Rochelle was born in in Sparta NJ in 1802, are there birth certificates available for those early years? Thank you for any help.
