Greetings Sarah, You might find older records for your Fredenburgh family under Vredenburgh (Vradenburg(h), Vradenberg, Vredenburg, Vrelingburgh, Van Fredenburg, etc.) Don't forget Freidenburg, Van Freidenburg, Von Freidenburg... As I've mentioned before, the geography in Stillwater is such that most folks took the simple ferry ride to Smithfield, Pike Co, PA rather than the arduous wagon trek up the mountain to attend church in Sussex/Warren Co., NJ. Check there for your folks as well. Hardyston was still a big township in the 1870's - it's a sprawling mess today <grin> so check Sparta as well as Hardyston cemeteries for Johannah (Hannah) and other children.
