I found a fellow who might be yours - in the Rev War Pensions file he is Henry BAR DAN born 27 Aug 1752, recorded at the Hackensack Reformed Dutch Church, life long resident of Hackensack, served under Captain Stagg and Col. Thompson. There are numerous Bertran(d) listings in the "Minisink Valley Reformed Dutch Church Records, 1716-1830" book - if you don't already have this source, give me the names you're looking for and I'll check for them.
