The present day hamlets of Cuddebackville and Hugenot are in the Town of Deerpark in Orange County, NY. The Neversink flows in to the Delaware right by the Tri-States-Monument which marks the spot where Orange County, NY, Sussex County, NJ, and Pike County, Penna. come together. I would think that the Peenpack Patent would be in Orange County, NY. You might want to post a query on the Orange County message board. However, there was that little "border war" some years ago where NJ claimed land currently in Orange. Therefore, it could be possible that a patent exists in NJ. Perhaps someone on here knows more.
