Elizabeth MOORE, a resident of NYC on 29 Aug 1837 stated she was a daughter of Isreal and Phebe Aber, that her mother now lived with her and that the bible page included was her father's. Phebe Aber states on 29 Aug 1837 that she was married to Isreal Aber Jr. on 28 Mar 1782 in Mendham, Morris, NJ by Rev. Joline of the Presbyterian Church. Phebe states her father was Gilman Freeman of Morris Co., NJ and her husband's father was Isreal Aber Sr. of Morris Co. and the fathers lived as neighbors in Mendham. She believes that Isreal Aber Jr. was a sergeant in a militia led by another neighbor Captain James P LODEY, as well as Col. Jacob DRAKE. Other neighbors were Job LOREY, Robert YOUNGS and John JOHNSON as well as Isreal Aber Jr.'s brother Morris ABER. An aged man, Job LORCE? of Morris county described Sgt.
