    3. Greetings, Here is a breif explantion of the Rev. War files available through HeritageQuest. "Selected Records from Revolutionary War Pension and Bounty-Land-Warrant Application Files Introduction On the rolls of this microfilm publication are reproduced selected genealogical records from an estimated 80,000 pension and bounty-land-warrant application files based on the participation of American military, naval, and marine officers and enlisted men in the Revolutionary War. Most of the records are dated between 1800 and 1900. The files are part of Record Group 15, Records of the Veteran Administration. " The microfilm series for these records, available through the US National Archives is Series M805. They should be available by inter-library loan through your library. For a LIMITED time, I will take names of your Revolutionary War soldiers from Sussex county and who survived into the 1800's. I will check to see if there is a file on that person available through HeritageQuest. Occassionally the file is under the surviving widow's name so send a spouse's name is you have it. Send the first and last name to me DIRECTLY at cathode@earthlink.net Please do not just hit reply to this message and do not send them through the NJSussex list. Happy Ancestor Hunting, Cathy DiPietro, list admin NJSussex
