Hi Walt, I may have some information on this family for you. I have an Anna Bracken who marred a Nicholas F. Berrigan. This Anna died in 1936, though, but in Ogdensburg. It may not be the right person, but we still may have family in common. My main interest is in the Berrigan line, but I like to learn about the whole family, including the Brackens. There may even be ties back to Ireland if we're lucky. Visit my web site at www.roots2buds.net and type in Bracken for the last name and Anna for the first name and then Search. I do have her obit online. Also, I have several grave marker photos from St. Thomas Aquinas Cemetery in Ogdensburg you may want to see. Do you know if there were Brackens from this area family who settled however briefly in the area near Maysville, KY called "Bracken" at Bracken Creek?
