Thank you so much, Karen! I know that my Dad's ex-wife (wish there were a more affectionate way to say this; I knew her well and loved her) spelled her family name as "Sickels." Lil (Sickels) (Hamler) Schiefferstein is buried with her mother at Locust Hill Cemetery in Dover. She married my father, (John) Kenneth Hamler (ca 1930) then she married Albert Schiefferstein ca 1953. Dad and Al were friends from working at the NJ Gas and Electric Company; they were meter readers. Lil outlived both of her husbands, dying in 1995...
