    3. Hi Nancy, I know I am late responding to this note, but I wanted to say thanks for your helpful outline on the Brackens. I did recently trace the Bracken family and came up with the same names and ages you did. I did not find a NJ marriage record of any sort for Nicholas Berrigan and Anna [Bracken or Flanagan]. Where did you find the last name of Flanagan? One other helpful piece of evidence showing that Anna's maiden name really was Bracken was in her obit. I just double checked and it says she is survived by "a brother, Cornelius Bracken of Jersey City." Thanks very much for helping to put some more puzzle pieces together! Now if anyone knows any more about the Berrigans, I would love to hear from you! William Berrigan fought in the Civil War and his wife is buried at Old Immaculate Conception Church in Franklin. A stone has not yet been found for William. He died 27 Feb 1897. Gail Rich Nestor Smyrna, GA www.roots2buds.net On 2/22/07, pascalfl <pascalfl@comcast.net> wrote: > I may have spoke too soon.
