He describes himself as 5 feet 7 1/2 inches tall with Light complexion, grey eyes and dark hair. He is a farmer and was born May 22, 1840 at NY, Orange, Monroe. He has lived at Fairfield and Echo Lake, NJ. He is now a pensioner and has applied under pension 707 and 765. His witnesses are James N. Oliver from Oak Ridge and Clinton A. Oliver from Oak Ridge. They have known him 5 years. He is now a pensioner. 1910 Census West Milford living with second wife Carrie L. and reported to have been married 20 years. Applied for Pension Act of Feb 6, 1907 on 1st June 1910. He is 70 years old and a resident of Macopin, NJ. He states his residences have been Fairfield 20 years, Macopin, 20 years, Jacksonville 7 years. Witnesses were Hiram J.
