I think that your John Axford, B: 1802 is also on another database on RootsWeb.com. I just kind of spot checked for you. They might also be related in a round a bout way to the SMITH Family of Joseph SMITH and Rachel ALFRED, who are the parents of Rebecca SMITH who married John MILLS B: ca 1733 Sussex Co. NJ, too. There is said that about 4 of Rebecca's brothers also moved along with them to Ontario, Canada. Not necessarily in the same exact year, but did move to them.
