MEEKER of Butler ill but improving fairly well. - Walter IRWIN of Franklin Furnace visiting friends at Cuddebackville, NY. - Mrs. John WOODRUFF of New Milford visited with her mother, Mrs. MYERS in town. - Miss Hanna VANDRUFF and her sister Emma, of Middletown are visiting with Mr. & Mrs. Jeptha VANDRUFF - Mr. Wm CARR and Miss May LITTLE, of Quarryville, visited last week with relatives in Hainesville. - Mrs. John CAMPBELL, of Newton spent weekend with sister, Mrs. Hannah LAWRENCE in East Deckertown. - Miss Maisie HALFRIN of New York City is visiting her sister, Mrs. Joseph APPELE. - Miss Mary SWARTS is very ill at the home of her brother, Edward in Wantage, who is also ailing, and their father, John SWARTS is dead.
