    3. Hi Folks, While looking for my own, I will make note of some snippets which mention multiple surnames in the hopes that someone will score a missing maiden name using them. Stanhope Eagle Newspaper Weds. 16 Jan 1889 - Mrs. D. L. BEST is visiting with daughter, Mrs. W. J. SEDGEMAN of Jersey City. Weds. 20 Feb 1889 - Miss Nellie WEILER of Port Morris is visiting with her uncle Frank EVERITT of Hackettstown. Weds. 27 Feb 1889 - Mrs. Mahala WRIGHT, relict of the late William WRIGHT died yesterday. She was an old resident of Byram but had been living, since her husband's death, with her son-in-law O. W. KING of South Stanhope. Mrs. William WACK of Drakestown is also a daughter of Mahala Wright. Weds. 27 Mar 1889 - Mr. Amos SMITH celebrated his 83rd birthday on 17th inst. Miss Grace KNIGHT, a grand daughter from Trenton, was an attendant. Weds. 22 May 1889 - William B. STEPHENS of Mount Olive died Friday morning of heart trouble aged about 60 years. His first wife was Miss Margaret LANDON who died leaving him with a large family of children. Mr. SMITH married secondly to Mrs. Lucy HOWELL of New York state having one son with her.
