    1. [NJSUSSEX] OBIT: need David L.DECKER
    2. I am looking for any information on a David L. DECKER, this is my cousins grandfather and we haven't been able to find much on him. He was born in PA on Oct. of 1878. In the 1920's he lived in Sussex County. I have been searching for his obit with no success. He supposedly was killed when he was run over by a milk wagon while he was walking along the road. I think this happened in Hamburg along Rt. 23 somewhere but am not absolutely sure. That was the info my aunt told me. He died around 1930 - 1933 or maybe even 1929. If anyone comes across his obit, please let me know. I have searched some of the NJ newspapers but if its there, I missed it. Thanks for any help. Sue

    3. Sue, Did you check the Easton Newspaper Obit Index. Or called the Warren County Library. I have gotten wonderful FREE help from the latter. Janet is very helpful there. 3. Maybe in the end it will turn out that you missed the obit because the accidental death made the front page or some other place away from the other obits. I was looking for one and knew the date of death and that it was in the paper, because I had an old copy of it at home. I still didn't find it because although I did try to look at the front page of the paper, I mistakenly recalled that the obit seemed to be on the right hand side of the paper instead of the left.
