There are many descendants of Henry Beemer, who moved to Newton,PA about 1820, with much of the next generation moving to Lee County Ill. - all searching for Henry's family - His wife was Mary Spangenburg - of the previuously mentioned Spangenburg-Neighbor-Shenkle connections. Hope you find someone connected to your George - there are some good family biographies in the Sussex County Library - (my specific notes are buried in boxes - but can be retrieved eventually..
