I am trying to locate the family of a MARY SISCO probably born in Sussex Co. in the very late 1700's or early 1800's. Mary married Henry Miller who may have been born in Goshen, Orange Co., NY. We don't know where Henry and Mary were married, or when. Nor do we know the parents of either. Our information is very scant. At some point, Henry and Mary crossed the Delaware River and moved into (currently) Pike Co., PA. Not knowing their religious affiliation, we don't know if the naming pattern of their children would have any bearing as it is in the Dutch families of that time period. Know children with no particular birth order were: David, William, Eliza, Margaret, Daniel, Katherine, Peter, twins John & Henry born 1833 in PA and Mary born 1735, probably PA also.
