Remember when I said I'd get back to my Stillwell research when I "finished" w/ my Courtrights? Well guess who I found living near my John Courtright in South Beaver Twp., Beaver co., PA in 1815? Jeremiah Stillwell & Jeremiah Britten. They of course have been there all along & why I didn't notice I have no idea. I know they came from NJ/NY, but I don't know exactly who they are. Here's what the tax list says abt them: Britten, Jerrimiah, 298 acres, 4 horses, 4 cows. Stillwell, Jerimiah, 200 acres, 2 horses, 2 cows. Courtright, John, 1 cow. Poor ole John, he's never listed as owning any land. I'm starting to feel sorry for him! Cindy
