Can somehow explain to me about how New Jersey handles wills. I have a great aunt that died in Sussex County and I know she left a will because my mother inherited from her. I called Sussex Co. and was told they have no will for her. She also had a home in Elizabeth, Union Co., NJ and I called that county as well and they also have no copy of a will for her. Her husband died before her in Sussex Co. and I was told he has no will but there was an administrator listed for him which is very confusing to me. Is there any way I can find a copy of their wills?
