Greetings, According to an IGI file on the FamilySearch website, a Matthew James Harrington was born in 1829 in Deckertown, Sussex County to John Harrington and his wife Jemima Rollinson. Other files suggest Jemima is a daughter of Henry Rolison and Mary Van Sikle. I suspect that John and Jemima may be the parents of 'my' GG grandfather Benjamin Harrington (1828-1890)who seems to have appeared 'out of thin air' in the Lebanon/Tewksbury TWP areas of Hunterdon County around 1850. I know from a trancript of Benjamin's death record that his father was a John Harrington and there was also a 70 year old John Harrington living in Lebanon TWP according to the 1870 census. Census index records also show both a John and a Benjamin Harrington in Passaic County during the early 19th century. Any information on these folks would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Rick Novak
