Some time in the early 1960's I saw a History of the town of Andover. Most likely it was written in conjunction with the centennial celebration. Does anyone have a copy of it. In Snell it refers to the 1st meeting of the town of Andover on April 1864. David Hedden was chosen Justice of the Peace. I would like to see if there are any references to David in that history. I believe he is my GGGgrandfather. He also had a son named David. But the son was only 18 in April, 1864 so I am inclined to believe that this referred to the Father. Any help would be appreciated.
