Hello List! Have been brickwalled on a family for many years now and since going online a short while back I have been searching and searching for info on them. It is now time to post to the "experts" and hopefully someone will recognize the names. Am searching for a JAMES OSBORN(E) and his wife ASENATH BRADY. According to LDS, JAMES was born 13 Aug 1748/1750 Orange Co, Ny. Asenath BRADY appears to have been born Abt1752 in Orange Co.NY Married:1773 Orange Co, Ny Parents names unknown. This family was found in Luzerne County, PA 1800 Census. Information states they moved from NY to Sussex County, NJ where it appears their children were born: James 1774, John 1776/77, William 1778, Peter 1780, Henry 1782, Hannah 1784, Polly/Mary 1786, Betsey aka Lydia Elizabeth (born 1788 but this must be an error She had her first child in 1797). Do these names sound familiar to anyone? Can anyone tie them into an Osborne family in those areas? Any help, info or direction would be greatly appreciated!
