I have Isaac Losey b: 1781 marrying his 4th wife Harriet Myers Isaac and Harriet's daughter Mary married Chaukley Myers Isaac's son Cyrus (from Isaac's 1st wife Eleanor) married Tryphena Myers Isaac's daughter Susan (from 2nd wife Elizabeth Warner) married Barkley Myers Thats Isaac and 3 of his children marrying Myers. This is a genealogists nightmare! Or maybe I've just mistyped somewhere.Does anyone know the relationship between these Myers? I have just ordered Tryphena's obituary to hopefully find her parents. Sharon --- I am also very interested in the connection, but don't have much to add. I think that Harriet Myers may be Harriet Teel. Harriet Teel married Abijah Myers in 1827. Abijah Myers died in the 1840's. I haven't requested a copy of his will, although I believe it was filed. I think Chaulkey is the son of Abijah. According to the 1850 census, there was a Bartley or Barkley Myers, who was born in Germany, I think. I am not sure of the relationship. I believe they all tie to Jacob Myers and Sarah Cortright, but unfortunately have no proof. There was an Arvilla Myers, who married Cornelius Warner. My understanding was that they went to Sussquehanna County, PA. Your Arvilla Myers is interesting, because the other Arvilla was supposedly a daughter of Josias Myers. If your ARvilla was a daughter of Abijah, then we would have cause to wonder if ARvilla was the first name of one of the grandmothers.
