Dear Michelle, I am a Stoll descendant through a Jacob STOLL who married Phebe CASE. He died in 1852 at 78 years of age. This would have placed his BD at 1774? They were from Sussex Co. NJ. I have not been able to get beyond that Jacob. His sons, ( and perhaps Jacob) James, Aaron and Francis moved to Chemung Co. NY and I know much about them. I have amassed much info re: various Jacobs and James in NJ but have not been able to connect them to the Jacob who married Phebe. Could this pension application be a clue for me? Jackie Thurlow
