Greetings, I just discovered/confirmed the following information concerning my GG grandmother Helen E Sturgis (1852-1907) of Bernards TWP, Somerset Co., NJ. Helen was married to James M Frost in 1870. Her father was Joseph James Sturgis (1815-1896), son of Joseph Bonnel Sturgis (1770-c1845) and Rachel Reed (1786-c1835). Her mother was Mary H Mullen (1817-1886), daughter of James Mullen (1782-1850) and Elizabeth Van Doren (1787-1862). All of these folks lived in or near Bernards TWP.
