I am looking for information about the family of William K. Gray and Fanny Grannis. William K. Gray was probably born in East Orange, NJ in about 1822. Fanny Grannis was b. about 1827 in Goshen, Orange County, NY, and died after 1889. They were married in 1845 in Goshen. Their children were: William K. Gray, a doctor, b. about 1850 Richardson Gray, a doctor, b. 6/20/1852 in Mine Mount, Bernards Twp, Somerset, NJ Neptune C. Gray, b. about 1854 Thomas Claughley Gray, b. 3/10/1854 in Liberty Corner, Bernards Township, Somerset Mary Gray (later Sanger ) b. 1856 possibly in Goshen, NY Edward Gray b. about 1858 Henry Gray b. May 6, 1858 in Madison, Chatham Twp., Morris County, NJ Thomas N. Gray, b. before 1853. This family seems to have been fairly well-educated. Many of them were doctors, and some practiced in and around East Orange. I have much additional information about them, but nothing back beyond William and Fanny. Is anyone else working on these Grays? Please contact me directly (taravb@bigfoot.com) so that we can exchange information! Thanks!
