Jacob Fulkerson Howdy, All, I'm looking for information on the life, spouse and children of Jacob FULKERSON, who was baptized 29 Jul 1739 at the Raritan DRC in Somerset Co. He was the son of Joseph FULKERSON and Aeltje RAPALJE. (Their names have had many spelling variations: Aeltie RAPELYE, Alchea RAPPALYEA, FULKERTSON, FOLKERTSON, VOLKERSON, etc.) Unconfirmed information (sources lost...decades ago) states his wife was a Polly SMITH and his sons were Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, John and Samuel. I am particularly interested in son Isaac FULKERSON, possibly born about 1776, who may prove to be the progenitor of the large Fulkerson branch in Canada.
