Alice, Thanks for the info (unsettling as it may be, in some ways, to some of us!) ?... Do you know how NJ Archives will handle requests already sent by others at the $4.00 rate? I believe I have sent 8 requests of late, 6 of them some time ago, 2 last week, & they (NJ Archives) have not contacted me as of yet. I also requested 2 copies, should they be found & sent $2.00 per copy. Any information you can give at this time would be most helpful. I also don't remember seeing any prior notification for this increase, but I may have been working from pages printed out (I am not sure when).
