    1. BROWER-MOORE-BEDELL-LITTELL RESEARCH
    2. Joan
    3. I'm doing a research on my BROWER/MOORE families and have found that my great-great grandparents (GARRET BROWER of Acquackanock/Little Falls, NJ) and (RUTH MOORE of Warren, NJ) married 8/2/1821 by the Minister of the Gospel at New Providence, Essex County, NJ. RUTH MOORE was the daughter of ISAAC MOORE and (LYDIA BEDELL - she was ISAAC's 2nd wife). LYDIA'S father was MOSES BEDELL and her grandfather was DAVID LITTELL. ISAAC's father was JOHN MOORE. If possible, I'm anxious to make a connection with these BROWER/MOORE families (as well as BEDELL/BEDLE and LITTLE/LITTELL/LYTLE) I'm hoping that someone out there may be able to share some information with me. I have loads of research already done but my main concern right now is to find the parents of GARRET. I've not been lucky with this one! Thank you for any help you may be able to give me. If unable to share with me, perhaps you could point me in the right direction. Thanks again for your help. RUTH JOAN GILMORE 27 Arlene Court Bricktown, NJ 08724 E-Mail: ARC@webspan.net

    3. Hi I am new to the list. I am looking for any information about Jacob Minium and his wife Anna Maria (Hertz). They were married in the township of Bedminister in 1760. Are there any early church or pastoral records for 1760 and up. I am also trying to get baptism records for some of their children. Also does anybody know of someone from the Historial Society who would be willing to get land records or deeds from the courthouse. They ended up in Norhtumberland County PA in 1774. Kim

    3. Greetings, I'm looking for information about a John Teeter who is listed in the 1840 census as being a resident of Bridgewater TWP, Somerset Co. I suspect that he is the father of my Mary Teeter who was married in 1846, possibly at Germantown (Oldwick) Hunterdon Co., to Frederick Hoffman who was a farmer at Readington TWP, Hunterdon County. Any information about John or the Teeter/Teter/Teater/Deeter family of this area would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Rick Novak

    2. Novak, Rick
    3. Mathias Tharp (1804-1839) and Elizabeth Jobes (1802-1841) were married in Somerset County in 1824 by the Rev. Galpin. In reviewing the census indices for Somerset County, I've observed that a Nicholas and a John Jobs both lived in Bernards TWP during the early 19th century. I suspect they may be related to Elizabeth and am seeking proof. Any information on the Jobes/Jobs family of Somerset County would be greatly appreciated. By the way, anyone know what church(es) the Rev Galpin was associated with in 1824? Thanks, Rick Novak
