    1. Sarah Bradway in 1880 census
    2. Janet T. Smith
    3. I'm trying to identify the Sarah Bradway living with the family of Thomas M. Daisey on Paul Street in Gloucester City, NJ, in the 1880 census. Here is the listing: Thos. M. Daisey, M, M, W, 35, born DE, parents born DE, works cotton mill Amanda (Givens) Daisey, wife, F, M, W, 32, born NJ, father PA, mother NJ, keeps house Elisabeth Daisey, daughter, F, S, W, 10, born NJ, at school Samuel E. Daisey, son, M, S, W, 7, born NJ Ada Daisey, daughter, F, S, W, 6, born NJ Thomas M. Daisey, son, M, S, W, 2, born NJ Laura Daisey, daughter, F, S, W, 4 mo, born NJ Sah. A. Bradway, Board, F, S, W, 25, born NJ, parents born NJ, works cotton mill There is no direct connection between the Daiseys and the Bradways. The convoluted connection is this: Thomas Daisey's youngest brother, John Daisey, married Amy T. Tonkin, great-granddaughter of Israel Tonkin. Mary E. Tonkin, the granddaughter of Israel's brother, John, married John H. Bradway. The only thing I'm sure of is that Sarah Bradway's parents are not John and Mary (Tonkin) Bradway. Any ideas who Sarah's parents are? Janet T. Smith Gloucester City, NJ [email protected]
