My cousin has recieved a copy of a marriage return for our mutual ancestors which shows the minister who performed the ceremony as Rev. Philip Stafford. The marriage took place in Salem County in 1802. Is anyone familiar with Rev. Stafford and can anyone tell us with which church he might have been affiliated? Joan
