I've got a picture of the page 9 of City of Salem, Salem Co. 1860 census in front of me now and it gives Eli Sharp's place of birth as Burlington Co. and it gives county of birth for everyone on the page who was born in NJ. I just looked at another page in the City of Salem in 1860 and it also gives county of birth for those born in NJ. Jeanne
