He died in Oct 1982 and is buried "somewhere" in Elmer, Salem Co, NJ. My family has never been able to find out the exact date of death or the name of the cemetery where he is buried. If anyone could help fill in the blanks it would be a great relief to my family. His wife, Roberta D. Dowdy Norwood, was born 11 Dec 1930 and died 26 Aug 2001 and was cremated. His son, Jimmy Norwood, died in an auto accident. I have no dates for him. Either or both of these individuals may be buried near Burl. If you can help it will put an end to our long search.
