Hi, I have Adobe acrobat reader. I have used it before with success. I just pulled it up from my menu. I went back to the site and I don't get anything on the page. Usually, the acrobat reader comes up and pulls up the records. Any more ideas? Perhaps you don't have the free adobe reader installed on your computer?
