Dear all, Today I sorted out a filing cabinet (which I inherited from my grandfather) and have found a scrap of paper which has some notes which I believe are related to my SCHOFIELD family in New Jersey, USA. The name SCHOFIELD doesn't actually appear on the paper, and I don't recognise the handwriting, but the names fit the little I know - and I don't think I have any other family living near somewhere called Totowa. Unfortunately there are no dates, but there are some new names and addresses... does anyone recognise them or the places, or can you help me to narrow down the time period? Robert Louis GARY, son of Mrs Constance GARY of 171 Willard Avenue, Totowa Borough. married Michele Patricia (SCHOFIELD?) at St Mary's RC Church (by Rev Joseph Cassidy) (presumably 1940-1960 if Michele Patricia fits on the tree where I believe she does) Larrin COLLETTI, son of Mrs Anthony MARCEANO of 455 Montclair Avenue, Pompton Lakes married Audrey Helen (SCHOFIELD?) at Midvale Methodist Church (by Rev Fred. Paterson) (I can't work out where Audrey Helen fits the tree, but the marriage must be between 1920 and 1967) Any help gratefully received, since I'm struggling. If anyone would like to swap research time, I'm happy to reciprocate in England (especially Staffordshire, Warwickshire), but I can't afford to hire a professional.
