The Passaic County Historical Societies Library will be open on Tuesday's again when volunteers are on hand to give assistance you with your family genealogy. A few weeks ago a large pipe leading to the air conditioner on the roof broke and a flood of water came in through the roof( the library is on the top floor) and came in like a water fall. Luckily it was on a Tuesday afternoon when volunteers were on hand to move boxes, and paintings that are there until the Lambert Castle opens again next Spring. The library is in good shape but I don't know the results yet of the other damage. The water went down through all three floors to the basement before maintenance could shut it off. Loaction is 317 Pennsylvania Ave. corner of Buffalo and Railroad next to the farmers market. 973-881-2761 Ginger Nehrings John Williams George Van Riper
