Hi Listers: The above names are of my ancestors - all from Paterson: Sophia LANGMAN/LANGEMANN, b. 14 Dec 1881, d. 15 Apr 1972. She married Thomas J. LYONS, b. 6 Nov 1876 in Jersey City, NJ, d. 15 Jun 1953 in Paterson, NJ. Sophia and Thomas were divorced circa 1912, and she married a man named Joseph?DEMAREST. Thomas married Alice BYRNES, widow of John BYRNES, tavern owner (Grand Street, Paterson). At the time of her death, Sophia was named DEMAREST, Thomas LYONS was the child of PeterLYONS and EllenCHRISTIE who came from County Cork, Ireland. I have no other information on them. I know that Ellen died in the early 1900s (1916?) and is buried at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Totowa as is Thomas LYONS>. Thomas was the father of Alice LYONS WALTON, b. 27 Jan 1910 in the Dublin section of Paterson. She had older sisters named, Marion & Agnes, and a brother, Thomas J. LYONS, Jr. Henry WALTON b. 29 May 1911, d. 28 Nov 1948 married Alice LYONS. They are both buried in Laurel Grove Cemetery in Totowa, NJ. Alice died on 12 May 1998 in Havelock, NC. Henry was the son of William Tibby WALTON, b. 30 Jun 1881, d. 29 Aug 1954, and Fannie SIKKELEE WALTON, b 29 Jul 1881 in Texel, Holland, d. 29 Apr 1937, Prospect Park, NJ.
