Hi Passaic Co. List: Would anyone know what newspaper(s) might have covered obituaries of deaths occurring in the Newfoundland area of West Milford Township in the 1890s and the 1940s? I am looking for an obituary of a Frances (Fanny) RUTAN POST sometime between 1889 and 1896 and also one for a Nelson POST who died in 1946. (These people are my great-grandmother and my great-uncle.) Or perhaps someone would know of a local genealogist who would have files of this type of information.
