Is anyone researching the Collard family in Passaic ? On the 1880 census , I have James Edward Riley and Emma Josephine Collard living in Pompton Township . James is from Morris County originally ; I am not sure when he moved to Pompton. There seems to be no Collard connection in Morris . They married in June 1874. Mahalo-Kevin
