A bill sponsored by Sen. Diane Allen, R-Burlington would do just that. The memorial monuments at Gettysburg are crumbling. NJ paid for the monuments originally. Other states have set aside funds for this purpose. If you do not want to be embarrassed by NJ at Gettysburg contact your local state political person. (I have no interest in this except we have a relative that fought there)
