Julius Foster, Jackson Twp., was made guardian of my ggrandmother Hattie Hyer and her brother Warren in 1881, when they were minor children. Does anyone know anything about either of these families? This Hyer(s) family was living in Goshen (Cassville) in the 1860 Ocean County census. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Karen
