    3. Hello to all, I recieved copies of pages from the New Egypt Press dated from 1950 and got a kick out of some of the things they wrote about and I thought I'd share a few. LOCAL HAPPENINGS John Leming and Nicholas Badulin, both of Brooklyn, spent the week end at their respective homes here. Miss Mary VanArsdale is a surgical patient at Paul Kinball Hospital, Lakewood. A large delegation from Cassville and Leesville were transported in Mrs. Ethel Colgan's bus, of Leesville and private cars on Friday evening to attend the annual meeting of the Tri-County Rural Electric Company, held in the Lithuanian Hall, Throckmorton St. Freehold. Sgt. and Mrs. Robet Milner and son have moved to Fort Dix. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Turtora, of Lakewood, were Friday evening callers on Mr. and Mrs. Lambert Youmans. Miss Arlene Johnson, of Freehold, was a weekend guest of her grandparents, Mr.and Mrs. Arthur Burke. Mr. and Mrs. Mike Manzoni, of Patterson, were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Harold VanArsdale, Jr. Private Allen Asay, of Fort Dix, spent the weekend at his home here. Mrs. Nora Youmans was a New Egypt visitor on Wednesday. Mrs. Henry Schenker, who has been on the sick list for serveral weeks, continues to improve. Mr. Arthur Y. Letts, who has been a patient at the Mercer Hospital, Trenton, returned to his home here on Saturday. He is improving nicely. Hope you enjoy these. Debbie Price
