Hello to all, I am looking for ANY INFORMATION on the following people; William W. Smith Sr. b. cir 1810 in PA. Had a brother Dr. Paul Smith who practiced in Philadelphia. Some how they are related to the Vanderbilt family, but William was disowned for some unknown reason.(so the story goes) William m Margaret Wilbur 2-2-1846 in Ocean City, NJ and she was b. cir 1815 in I believe Southern NJ. She had a sister Rebecca and a brother Dillion. Dillion from what i had veen told, went to Oklahoma with a team of oxen cir 1852. William was a shoemaker in Jackson Twp. and had a shop near the Cassville Church. William and Margaret had the following children; Mary Elizabeth b. 5-20-1849 d. 1945 m. William F. Casler 8-29-1868 their children; Laura, Harry R. and Alvin George. Buelah Rebecca George W. b. 1-1852 m. Mary J. cir 1876(he was a shoemaker) their children: Ella F, Ida May, Harry, and Russell C.
