    1. Re: Cedar Grove Cemetery at Waretown, BIRDSALL, MOTT, BROWN, RIDGWAY, WILLETS, BARTLETT

    3. I sent this to the list some time ago, but didn't get an answer about the/a possible Cemetery Book, so I'm trying again. Hope to hear from some fellow researchers. A few years ago I was in Waretown, NJ, looking for BIRDSALL ancestors. Someone told me about the Cedar Grove Cemetery and led my husband and me to the cemetery. I was overwhelmed by the number of BIRDSALL graves. The kind gentleman who took us there said there was a group working on a cemetery list. >>>>>>>>> My question is: Was such a list ever made? and if so, how might I get one? One ancestor who is buried there and whose grave I found was Stephen BISRDSALL who d after 1812. Stephen's wife, Desire MOTT, is presumably buried there, but I don't know that she is and would like to find that info. Is anyone looking for BIRDSALL, MOTT, BROWN, RIDGWAY, WILLETS, BARTLETT, and in-laws in Ocean or Monmouth Counties, NJ? I would like to trade information with anyone interested is these names. They are early - late 1700s and early 1800s. I've been looking for years for proof that Hannah BIRDSALL was the daughter of Stephen BIRDSALL and Desre MOTT. They were Quakers, but Hannah married out, and apparently all data about her was removed from the records. I have also been looking for Desire MOTTs parents for several years, without success and would appreciate any help with this. My head is getting sore from all the "Brick Walls" I hit! Thanks in Advance, Barbara in Kansas bkoll@midusa.net

    1. Preserving NJ role at Gettysburg
    2. Norman/Marie Wright
    3. A bill sponsored by Sen. Diane Allen, R-Burlington would do just that. The memorial monuments at Gettysburg are crumbling. NJ paid for the monuments originally. Other states have set aside funds for this purpose. If you do not want to be embarrassed by NJ at Gettysburg contact your local state political person. (I have no interest in this except we have a relative that fought there)
